At Songmont, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Songmont items in their original dust bags and boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
