Standard international shipping typically takes 7-12 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Songmont piece comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To maintain the quality of the leather, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for cleaning and applying a leather conditioner every 6 months.
